Q1-2013 Event Schedule

•  6^th from 4:00pm-5:30 for LWA & MWA Business Meeting and Speaker Event.

  Special Guest Speaker:

  Mr. Alex Reynolds, Government Affairs Counsel, PCIA

  Alex conducts outreach to PCIA’s members to coordinate their activities and facilitate strategic discussion. 
  He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D., with a certificate in communications studies, from The Catholic University

  of America, Columbus School of Law. Prior to law school, Alex worked as a paralegal for three years at a boutique telecom firm. He continued to

  be heavily engaged in telecom issues throughout law school, accepting internships with the FCC, Google, the U.S. House of Representatives’ Energy and Commerce Committee Subcommittee on Communications and Technology and the Consumer Electronics Association. Alex also served as a Production Editor for the CommLaw Conspectus: The Journal of Communications Law and Policy, Catholic University’s communications-focused journal.

  Special Guest Speaker:

  Ms. Ann Brooks, Senior Partner Delivery Manager, T-Mobile's South

  Ann specializes in zoning and permitting, and local government and community relations. Currently a Senior Manager for the South Region, she is responsible

  for community outreach initiatives and all public-facing communication relative to T-Mobile's infrastructure development in the South.  In this capacity,

  Ann has helped shape local and state wireless infrastructure policy in the southern United States. Prior to working in the wireless industry, she received a

  Master of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan; and also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont.

  She is a planning commissioner in the City of Little Elm, Texas.
